The We Change Lives Gala will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Disneyland Hotel.

The We Change Lives Gala is an annual fundraising event celebrating the impact of Scouting in Orange County. Guests will enjoy an evening of dinner, entertainment, inspiring stories, and opportunities to support the next generation of Scouts.

The Gala is open to supporters of Scouting, including donors, sponsors, community leaders, volunteers, families, alumni, and friends of the organization.

Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail or formal attire.

Parking information and hotel parking instructions will be provided to registered guests prior to the event.

Yes. Guests will enjoy a hosted dinner as part of the evening’s program. Dinner will include the following:    

Salad 

Petite Romaine, Crispy Parmesan, Crouton Crumble (Vegetarian; Contains Milk & Gluten) 

Roasted Tomato, Sweet Garlic Dressing 

Entrée 

Mustard-Crusted New York Steak, Merlot Sauce 

Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables

Yes. Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies during registration so we can make appropriate arrangements with the venue. 

Yes. Guests will have an opportunity to participate in the evening’s fundraising activities, including silent and live auction opportunities.

Auction details and instructions will be provided to registered guests before or during the event.

Yes. Table and sponsorship opportunities are available, subject to availability. 

Yes. If you are purchasing a table, you may provide your guest information during registration. Individual guests may also submit seating requests, although requests cannot be guaranteed.

Your support helps Scouting America Orange County Council provide programs, experiences, leadership opportunities, and resources that help young people develop character, confidence, leadership skills, and a commitment to service.

The tax-deductible portion of your ticket or sponsorship will depend on the benefits received. Appropriate tax information will be provided with your registration or receipt. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances.
